The organization offers a good platform for life science sector with good package initially. Friendly working environment. Good and all time helpful Manager, Team Leaders and colleague.

Fine system, at the initial stage it is said the incentives will be provided but incentive and fine both cuts and finally nothing comes in hand. No recognition of an AME's work. All the rules and regulations seems like we are not working in a corporate sector it seems as we are in school. Mobiles are not allowed in office.

Advice to Management

Valid and sensible rules should be made which can result in the improvement of both company and employee. 2 days should be declared as holiday in a week. More effort and attention should be given in the increase of number of indexed journals.

Saturdays working is the main drawback, if the management thinks a bit deeper to give Satee is interested to work on Saturdays so it is better to give holiday on all Saturdays. I have been working since December 2015 , i felt as good environment for 9 months but later on felt like below average supportive management. ease of reaching to HR work balance work environment Facilities employee care programs Employee oriented organisation Open communication Equal opportunity Stable company Job security

Cons

lack of cab facility Shift timings Too many lethargic unskilled people. Need to employ a superior and talented Management to the better courses for the improvement. Repetitiveness may get to you as the profession development is moderate. As a considerable measure of administrators got to be supervisors as they have been so long in the association; Your better may turn into a micromanager than a point that…

Advice to Management

Its good to treat everybody in similar manner, but talents should be recognized. Give chances to talents and recognize them

My Opinion

Pros

Opportunity to gain information from the researchers before the readers. Communicate with the renowned researchers from across the globe. Gain knowledge that has exceptional benefits. The work environment is quite friendly with colleagues. No limit for incentives. The more you perform well, more you get in return.

Cons

Targets based work. Work pressure at times. Managers only know to transfer their pressure to the AME’s. Tasks sometimes disturb the main work.

Advice to Management

Management should change the criteria for targets. Some activities would be helpful to lower down the work pressure, leading to the better performance from the employees. Company has changed their schedule for new year 2017. No maximum leaves, sick leaves and Saturday working, these makes us unhappy.

Leave policy is very bad. Saturday should be off. Allow mobile inside the floor. Lack of advertisement.

Gain knowledge from researches going in the world

Cons

Leave policies; especially for freshers, working 283 days with 82 holidays (including 6 leaves) in a year is a bit frustrating. Endless work. Limited breaks. Limited contact with outside world in work place. Limited cab facility. Salary hike policy must be revised. Fines.

Advice to Management

No need of Strategists if the employees were let be free of mind. They can do good work. Top management should atleast need to understand the importance of REALLIFE and convey the same to Decision makers.
