Structure-Function Studies of Protein
Proteins are the most important molecules in any living cell. They are involved in virtually every cellular process. The structure of a protein basically determines its function. Improper functioning of proteins is often the cause of most diseases and /or disorders. Thus, understanding the structure and function of proteins is critical to get insight into the molecular basis of a disease or disorder. This special issue is dedicated to original articles or review articles on the structure, function, and dynamics of several important proteins. We thank all authors for their contributions.

This Special Issue on "Structure-Function Studies of Protein" is edited by Dr. Smita Mohanty, Executive Editor, Biochemistry and Physiology-Open Access, Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, Auburn University, Auburn, AL, USA.
